PhD Fellowship: Agri-Food Systems (Norway)

The Department hereby invites proposals for PhD projects that are aimed at developing new knowledge on agri-food systems within the broader field of International Environment and Development Studies. Priority will be given to creative and innovative proposals addressing "agri-food systems and environmental change" within or across the following thematic foci:

  • Agri-cultures: Research on agriculture as coupled human-environment systems;
  • Agri-food system transformation in the face of environmental change;
  • Agrobiodiversity and seed systems.
The selected candidate is expected to start the doctoral studies in August/September 2016.
